Our Ethical Foundation

The Mata Entrepreneurs & Leadership Forum is built on a shared set of values that guide leadership, cooperation and investment within the Forum.

These values are inspired by Morocco’s long-standing tradition of ethical leadership, dialogue and responsibility, and are fully aligned with international principles of good governance, ESG standards and sustainable development.

The Forum is inclusive by nature. Its Value Charter expresses universal principles that resonate across cultures, sectors and beliefs, providing a trusted framework for cooperation between European, Moroccan and international participants.

Why a Value Charter

In a complex global environment, trust, credibility and long-term vision are essential for successful partnerships.

The Value Charter serves to:

• define the ethical framework of the Forum

• invited participants and speakers
• institutional and corporate partners

It informs:
• membership selection
• participation in roundtables and closed sessions
• conduct during Forum activities

In cases of conduct that conflict with the Charter’s principles, participation or membership may be reviewed.
