Values
Value Charter
Our Ethical Foundation
The Mata Entrepreneurs & Leadership Forum is built on a shared set of values that guide leadership, cooperation and investment within the Forum.
These values are inspired by Morocco’s long-standing tradition of ethical leadership, dialogue and responsibility, and are fully aligned with international principles of good governance, ESG standards and sustainable development.
The Forum is inclusive by nature. Its Value Charter expresses universal principles that resonate across cultures, sectors and beliefs, providing a trusted framework for cooperation between European, Moroccan and international participants.
Why a Value Charter
In a complex global environment, trust, credibility and long-term vision are essential for successful partnerships.
The Value Charter serves to:
• define the ethical framework of the Forum
• ensure a high level of integrity and professionalism among members
• create a safe and respectful environment for dialogue and decision-making
• distinguish the Forum as a selective, values-driven platform
All members and participants are expected to adhere to these principles as a condition of participation.
Our Core Values
Integrity
Commitments are respected, and decisions are taken with honesty and accountability.
Humility and Responsible Leadership
We value cooperation over dominance and long-term impact over short-term gain.
Cooperation Across Borders and Sectors
We actively promote constructive partnerships between companies, institutions and communities across Europe, Morocco and Africa.
Collaboration is the foundation of sustainable growth.
Respect for People, Cultures and Territories
Economic activity must strengthen communities and preserve identity.
Service to Society
We encourage initiatives that create shared value for society and territories.
Dialogue, Stability and Mutual Understanding
Differences are approached through exchange, not confrontation.
Long-Term Responsibility
We promote investment and leadership models that are sustainable, resilient and future-oriented, contributing to prosperity across generations.
